30-Day Return & Refund Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item. If you believe your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@trymoodie.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Conditions
To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure of the following:

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all plastic wraps and/or tamper seals intact.

We may request a photograph as proof of the product’s condition before approving a return.

If the returned item is opened, dirty, damaged, or otherwise unsellable, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund.

Refunds can only be processed for up to two items per order. If you’d like to return more than two items, we’ll happily provide store credit or an exchange for the additional products.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Shipping Fees
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. You will need to cover the return shipping fee and arrange for the product to be shipped back to us securely. Please make sure to use a reliable shipping method with tracking, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
We encourage you to pack the item safely to avoid any damage during transit. Once we receive the product in its original condition, your refund will be processed.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 1-5 business days (depending on your bank or card provider).
- If rejected due to not meeting return conditions, the product may be shipped back to you at your request.

Please note that only the cost of the item will be refunded. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
We understand sometimes you may change your mind. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@trymoodie.com.
After 24 hours, your order is likely already processed and dispatched from our warehouse. At this stage, cancellations become difficult as your item is already on its way. If you still wish to cancel after this period, please wait for delivery and then follow our return process above.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us right away with clear photos of the issue. We will offer you two solutions:
- Resend the item at no cost to you.

Provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Chargebacks & Returns Policy

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed before contacting us, the refund/return process (including our 30-day policy) will be considered invalid.

By bypassing our support team and initiating a chargeback directly with your bank, you may lose eligibility for both refunds and replacements.
